The Hanover Township Heritage Marker program began in April of 2011 to recognize and promote the many historic locations in Hanover Township.

Built in 1891, and historically known as the “church with the red doors,” Hanover Township is recognizing Bartlett’s oldest place of worship. Over the years the building has served as a meeting place for numerous community groups and gatherings.
