Completed forms returned by the listed due date are assigned a random lottery number for each month. One name per form, but registration forms can be stapled together in order to receive the same lottery number so clients can attend programs together. In Township and Out of Township cannot be stapled together. To register with another person, via our website, indicate this request in the “Comment” section. Maximum of two forms combined please.
-
Register online, mail or fax forms to (630) 483-5690.

After processing, your form is mailed back to you. All confirmed events requiring a donation can be made in one payment; checks payable to Hanover Township. Do not send payment for Wait List events.
-
An annual Non-Resident fee of $25.00 is required to attend paid programs including exercise classes.
-
Payments must be received 10 days prior to the event or class. Please see Registration Processing Overview for more information.

Anyone, who is experiencing financial difficulty and has a desire to attend a program can request assistance from the Senior Committee funds by speaking with Program Manager Lisa Perrone. Anyone 55+ years of age can participate in our programs. Hanover Township residents have priority in registration over non-residents.
NEW Innovative Option for Online Registration available after Lottery Registration has been completed.
Hanover Township Aging Services will be utilizing a new feature that MySeniorCenter offers---myactivecenter. This new website enables participants to directly register online for events planned by our programming division.
Open registration using myactivecenter will only be available after Lottery Registration has been completed. This feature does not replace online registration for the lottery, but is perfect to use if you missed turning in your registration forms by the due date.
