Dental Access Network Program
The Dental Access Network Program aims to provide access to low cost dental services by referring qualified residents to local participating dentists.
The Office of Community Health offers the Dental Access Network for Hanover Township Residents. Click here to see if you are a resident of Hanover Township.
Services include:
- Exam
- X-rays
- Cleanings
- Fillings
- Deep cleaning
- Extractions
- Root canal treatment
- Crowns
- Partials
- Dentures
Eligibility Requirements for the Dental Access Network:
- Hanover Township Resident
- State photo ID
- You currently do not have access to dental insurance (Residents on Medicaid are not eligible)
- Annual household income and monthly household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income, please see the chart below:
