 The Clerk’s Office provides a fair and competitive process for the acquisition of goods and services for Hanover Township. This office processes all purchase orders. All bids and RFP's (Request for Proposals) are issued and administered through the Clerk. Purchases of less than $30,000 are made in accordance with established procedures for small dollar purchases and informal quotations. Purchases exceeding $30,000 are subject to formal bidding procedures. 

Hanover Township, by law, has made a determination of the prevailing rate of wages, which is available for review online (link) and during regular business hours at the Township Clerk’s Office, Town hall of Hanover Township, 250 S. IL Route 59, Bartlett, Illinois.
