Women’s’ Empowerment Group: Time Management

The Women’s’ Empowerment Group meets bi-monthly to discuss ways to live a healthy lifestyle at the Senior Center. The American Association of Retired Asians and the Senior Center staff are teaming up this month in a workshop about time management. Learn tips and tricks to make efficient use of your valuable time. Please register. Additionally, you can attend a session on Easy Tips for Healthy Eating on June 29 at 2 PM at the American Association of Retired Asians; 380 S Schmale Road, Suite 204, Carol Stream.
