The Women’s’ Empowerment Group meets bi-monthly to discuss ways to live a healthy lifestyle. The American Association of Retired Asians and the Senior Center staff are teaming up this month in a workshop about self-care. Learn healthy ways to cope with stress and ways to care for yourself.
