Celebrate Mardi Gras in style. Fill up with a nice New Orleans style meal. You may choose to have either the Bourbon Chicken or Jambalaya; please indicate meal choice upon registration. All entrees will be served with vegetarian gumbo, Cajun rice, southern green beans and a warm pecan pie. The fun doesn’t stop there! Enjoy live entertainment from Le Travaillent, a "back porch style" acoustic Cajun trio that includes fiddle, accordion, pedal steel guitar, acoustic guitar, and multiple vocals.
