Holiday Program sign up will begin October 1st at Astor Avenue. Sign up will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. Please check in before 10:45 to register. Holiday program sign up will take place on Monday's/Wednesday's and Friday's through December 19th. Must be township resident to sign up for this program. Must bring the following documents to register for this program:
Current ID, 30 days of income for all household members who work, birth certificates for children 0 - 15 years or medical card with birthdates listed, current utility bill or dated piece of mail in the last 30 days to confirm address. Please call 630.540.9085 with any questions.
