Anyone and everyone are welcome to participate in the monthly Diabetic Support Group. Come to the monthly diabetes support group with your fellow residents and the Hanover Township nurse! Come for open discussion, share your ideas and most importantly support! It is the first Thursday of every month from 3:00pm – 4:00 pm in the Library Room.
