A Hanover Township nurse performs FREE health screenings and answers questions/concerns every second Thursday of the month from 9:30 am - 11:30 am at the Glendale Terrace Apartment Complex in Hanover Park.
*No Appointments Necessary
Screenings include:
- Blood glucose (diabetes check)
- Hemoglobin (anemia check)
- Blood Pressure
- Heart Rate
