Join the Outdoor Walking Club in 2017. Research has shown that walking for 30 minutes per day can help lower blood pressure, boost your brain health, ease stress, help maintain weight, and much more. Participants can walk alongside others or at their own pace. On days with inclement weather, the walk will be cancelled. For any questions, please contact Stacy at 630-483-5665.
