In this demonstration we will talk to you about how the easy swap of ingredients can help your heart, like clever carb-cutting cauliflower swaps! We will demo how to lighten your favorite alfredo cheese sauce with an easy, smart swap! Your lunch choice for this day will be Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich OR Beef chili, with cheddar cheese, green onions. Both served with Mixed garden salad with cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes, and pineapple skim milk and a healthy treat. Please have your meal choices to the front desk by Friday, Feb 15 to ensure your favorite meal choice. Registration required.
