Newbie Introduction to Yoga

Are you interested in learning more about Yoga and its numerous physical, mental and spiritual benefits? Did you know that Yoga classes are offered at the Senior Center four days a week? This class is for those who have never taken Yoga before and want to familiarize themselves with the practice. Bring your questions, concerns and an open mind! Mats will be provided, or you may bring your own. Facilitated by yoga instructor, Teresa Donoho-Speranza. The same class is offered on January 19 and February 23. Please register for one.
