The Committee on Youth is comprised of volunteer members who reside in Hanover Township or work within Hanover Township in a profession related to youth. All meetings are open to the public and we encourage your participation. The Committee discusses issues that affect youth and families. Some of these issues include:
- Effective parenting
- Gang prevention
- Promoting confidence in
children and teens
- Academic equity and
achievement for all
- Substance abuse prevention
- Responding to aggression in the community
- Youth employment
- Building strong and healthy relationships among residents
