A Hanover Township nurse will perform health screenings and answer questions/concerns every third Thursday of the month from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
*No Appointments Necessary
Screenings include:
-Blood glucose (diabetes check)
-Hemoglobin (anemia check)
-Blood Pressure
-Heart Rate
