A Hanover Township nurse performs FREE health screenings and answers questions/concerns every second Thursday of the month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Glendale Terrace Apartment Complex in Hanover Park.
*No Appointments Necessary
Screenings include:
- Blood glucose (diabetes check)
- Hemoglobin (anemia check)
- Blood Pressure
- Heart Rate
