Pasta Making Demonstration & Lunch

During this demonstration you will be watching how to make a basic pasta sheet dough recipe that can be used for three different types of recipes. First you will turn the dough into manicotti with sauce, then chicken a la king, and finish with a sweet crepe. Your lunch choice for this day will be a pulled pork sandwich or macaroni with sausage and ricotta in a creamy tomato sauce. Both served with a whole wheat roll, roasted garlic broccoli, apple, sugar free fruit jello and skim milk. Please have your meal choices to the front desk by Tuesday, November 1 to ensure your favorite meal choice. Registration required.
