Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring a plate and silverware and containers to take samples home. Each menu features locally grown, seasonal options and includes an appetizer, fresh bread, a protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.

Mexican corn salad
November 27 – Chicken Parmigiana served with Pasta
and stuffed eggplants
December 4 – Tuscan Salmon and pilaf, bruschetta of
fava beans and tomatoes
December 11 – Thai Fish and noodle soup, smoked
salmon pizza
