The Office of Community Health offers the following FREE screenings at our Elgin office:

Blood Pressure

Heart Rate

All other Community Health Services are offered on Tuesday's at the Izaak Walton Center & Reserve office. You must call to schedule an appointment ahead of time to ensure all the supplies needed for your appointment with the nurse are available.
