Beginning Tuesday, October 1st, on-line registration will open through December 15th. Please visit www.hanover-township.org to register. Documents must be dropped off in person at: Hanover Township Community Center, 7431 Astor Avenue, Hanover Park, no later than two weeks from date of registration to be accepted. Following documents will be required:
- Valid I.D.
- Proof of Residency (utility bill or piece of mailed dated within the last 30 days)
- Birth certificates for children 0-15 years or DHS Medical Card with birthdates
- Income covering 30 days prior to the date of application.
- Additional items may be requested to determine eligibility.
