Walking Fit Fitness Class

Pick up a "Fitness Pass" at the Front Desk which is then given to the Instructor.  Fitness classes have varying suggested donations.

$1 Suggested Donation (Purple Pass)

  • Walking Fit (DVD Instruction)

$3 Suggested Donation (Pink Pass)

  • Exercise (Yvonne Preston)
  • Meditation (Vicki Boyle)
  • Zumba (Joy Andreassen)
  • Line Dancing (Janet Kruse, Dance with Janet)
  • Tai Chi (Jim Collins and Cynthia Sutherland)

$5 Suggested Donation (Green Pass)

  • Chair Yoga (Laura Trujillo)
  • Gentle Mat Yoga (Laura Trujillo)

FREE (NO Pass Needed)

  • AARA Chair Yoga (Vicki Boyle)
