WOMENS EMPOWERMENT GROUP

The group is held in partnership with the American Association of Retired Asians (AARA). Meeting on the last Friday of each month, the group is a place for connection, socialization, and mobilization. Various speakers and topics are presented depending on group feedback. Registration recommended, but not required.
July features a presentation on mental health concerns affecting women. Presented by Therapist Trish Abbey, LCSW.
August is an overview of safety issues and police updates. Presented by Officer Vicky Anderson, Bartlett Police Department.
