Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring a plate and silverware and containers to take samples home. Each menu features locally grown, seasonal options, and includes an appetizer, fresh bread, protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.

7/10 – Greek Pizza, Shrimp with Spinach Rice and Dill
7/24 – Chicken Française & Sauteed Potatoes with Rosemary
8/7 – Szechuan-style Fried Chicken, Stir Fried Bok Choy, and Sesame Noodle Salad
