The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is an exercise model that uses gentle physical activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion while maintaining muscle strength. The intervention uses exercises to help relieve stiffness, decrease pain, and improve balance. Exercises can be facilitated standing or seated. Registration required.
