Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring containers to take samples home. Each menu features locally grown, seasonal options and includes an appetizer, fresh bread, protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.
