The National Kidney Foundation of Illinois will be at the Senior Center on July 10th, 2024.
Throughout the year, the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois hosts a series of free, kidney health screening events. A typical screening allows participants to receive a battery of free, comprehensive medical tests, and the opportunity to review his/her screening results with a trained medical professional on-site. As attendees review their screenings with medical personnel, they may receive information on health and wellness; tips on maintaining a healthier lifestyle; and, if necessary, referrals to relevant healthcare providers.

Registration required. To make an appointment please call the Community Health Office at (630) 483-5665.
When scheduling your appointment you will be directed to pre-register at https://mobilescreening.nkfi.org/preregistration before showing up for your appointment. If you do not have access to a computer to complete the pre-registration questionnaire, one of the Hanover Township Community Health staff members will schedule a phone call with you to complete the registration over the phone. If you do not pre-register using the link or by scheduling a phone call with the nurse, you will be required to complete the pre-registration on a tablet at the time of your appointment.
