Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare various meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring containers to take samples home. Each menu includes an appetizer, fresh bread, protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.

3/6 – Shepherd’s Pie, Vegetable Puff Pastry
3/13 – Chicken Florentine, Artichoke and Red Onion Frittata
4/10 – Irish Lamb Stew, Red Onion Tart with a Cornmeal Crust
4/24 – Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and Saffron, Chicken Meatballs
