Arthritis Exercise Class

NEW: Arthritis Exercise Class

Fridays: March 1 – August 9 (no class on March 29)

2:00 – 3:00 P.M.         Donation: Free

White Crane Wellness facilitates a weekly evidenced-based exercise program from the Arthritis Foundation. Participants use gentle physical activities to increase joint flexibility and range of motion, while maintaining muscle strength. Additional benefits include relieving stiffness, decreasing pain, and improving balance. Exercises are done standing or in chairs. Registration required.
