Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare health, cost effective meals, and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring containers so you can take samples home. Each menu is a chef’s surprise from locally grown, seasonal options and includes an appetizer, fresh bread, a protein, vegetable, and dessert. Registration required.
