Elgin, Illinois 60120 - Introduction: The community is invited to attend Hanover Township’s Cookies and Cocoa with Santa! Families will have the opportunity to decorate cookies, create holiday crafts and take photos with Santa.
There is no cost to attend and registration is not required.
