In-Person Applications will be accepted Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00AM – 11:00AM through December 12.
Beginning September 15, on-line registration will open. Please visit www.hanover-township.org to register. Documents must be dropped off at Astor Avenue Community Center no later than 2 weeks from date of registration to be accepted.
The following are required in order to process your application:
- Valid I.D.
- Proof of Residency (utility bill or piece of mail dated within the last 30 days)
- Birth certificates for children 0-15 years or DHS Medical Card with birthdates
- Income covering 30 days prior to the date of application.
- Additional items may be requested to determine eligibility.
Notification will be sent no later than December 9, 2022 with pick-up information.
