Mixed Senior Exercise (Beginner & Intermediate): Mondays and Fridays 10:00 A.M.

Join certified Fitness Instructor, Julie Ramirez, as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness. A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights. Beginner class is chair-assisted.
