We will visit some of New York’s famous buildings and enjoy the stunning architecture, both inside and out, of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall, the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building along with other Art Deco buildings. We’ll tour J. Pierpont Morgan’s opulent library and collection, along with its new modern addition. It will be quite a contrast with the 1820’s period home of a New York merchant. In addition to New York’s colorful street life, we will also walk along the High Line, abandoned elevated train tracks that enjoy a new life as with plantings and art. Presented by: Sara Drower.
