Indoor Senior Exercise - Intermediate

Senior Exercise

Fridays: March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29     Donation: $1.50/class

Intermediate: 10:45 – 11:45 A.M.

Join certified Fitness Instructor, Julie Ramirez, as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness. A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights. Beginner class is chair-assisted. Registration required.

There is a suggested donation of $1.50 per class.  Registration is required due to space capacity.  Please call (630) 483-5600 with any questions or to register.
