Indoor Senior Exercise - Beginner

Senior Exercise

Mondays: March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18 & 25

Beginner: 9:30 – 10:30 A.M.   

Donation: $1.50/class

Join certified Fitness Instructor, Julie Ramirez, as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness. A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights. Beginner class is chair-assisted. Registration required.
