The next Veterans Sit-Down will be on Wednesday, May 4 at the Hanover Township Izaak Walton Center, 899 Jay Street in Elgin.
A guest speaker from the Alzheimer's Association will be present to discuss veterans' increased risk of developing the disease and what resources are available to them. A light breakfast will be served and the program will be held outdoors. Click here for a copy of the event flyer.
