Indoor Senior Exercise - Intermediate

Join Certified Fitness Instructor Julie Ramirez as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness.  A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights.  There is a suggested donation of $1.50 per class.  Registration is required due to space capacity.  Please call (630) 483-5600 with any questions or to register.
