Cook County Health will be in the Activity Room administering COVID vaccine booster shots on December 29th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. This is a one-day event. Cook County Health will be providing the Pfizer booster vaccine. Eligible individuals are those who received their 2nd dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine a minimum of 6 months prior to December 29th, or 2 months prior to receiving the J&J vaccine.
