- Qualifications for the booster are second dose administered 6 months ago, plus 65 years and older, residents in long-term care settings, and Ages 18-64 who are immune compromised. People who have moderate to severe immune compromised medical conditions and people who have received immunosuppressive medications or treatments may receive a 3rd dose 28 days after receipt of the second dose.

Call the Community Health Office at (630) 483-5665 to schedule an appointment time. Cook County Health will be on site from 9:00am to 3:00pm administering the vaccine in our Nurse's offices.
