Monday Senior Exercise - Intermediate

Senior Exercise

Mondays: September 13, 20, 27 & October 4, 11, 18, 25

Intermediate: 10:45 – 11:45 A.M.                                     Donation: $1.50/class

Join certified fitness instructor, Julie Ramirez, as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness. A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights. Beginner class is chair-assisted.  Registration required.
