Senior Exercise
Fridays: September 3, 17, 24 & October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
*Beginner: 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. Donation: $1.50/class
Join certified fitness instructor, Julie Ramirez, as she guides you through exercises designed to increase muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall wellness. A variety of exercise equipment may be implemented into the workout, including mini exercise balls, resistance bands, and weights. Beginner class is chair-assisted. Registration required.
