Join Chef Pina as she prepares healthy, cost-effective meals. Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare meals, and discusses health benefits, history and culture behind the food as well as different cooking techniques. We ask that you bring containers so you can take the food samples home to try. Each week will be a chef’s surprise from locally grown, seasonal options. Each menu includes an appetizer, fresh bread, a protein, vegetable and dessert. Registration required.
