Join Chef Pina as she prepares healthy, cost-effective meals. Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare the meals, discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food as well as different cooking techniques. Please note: due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, you will not be able to eat the prepared meals during class time. We ask that you bring containers so you can take the food samples home to try. Menu will be Taste of Southern France; Nicoise Salad, Ratatouille, and Baguette. Registration required.
