In the Kitchen with Chef Pina – In-House

Join Chef Pina as she prepares healthy, cost-effective meals. Chef Pina will demonstrate how to prepare the meals, discuss health benefits, history and culture behind the food as well as different cooking techniques. Please note: due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, you will not be able to eat the prepared meals during class time. We ask that you bring containers so you can take the food samples home to try. Menu will be the flavor of Greek Island with lamb, potatoes and herbs, Greek salad rosemary focaccia. Registration required.
