Veterans are invited to join Veterans Specialist Cyndi Wollack for a FREE guided tour of the National Veterans Art Museum in Chicago. The museum inspires a greater understanding of the impact of war. The museum collects, preserves and exhibits art inspired by combat, created by veterans. Since its inception in 1981, the National Veterans Art Museum has been a space for military personnel, veterans, and civilians to open dialogue over the impact of war. All artwork is created by veterans. Veterans should bring money for lunch at Portillo's in Rolling Meadows. There will be A LOT OF WALKING. Registration required.
