The Chicago Flower and Garden Show’s theme this year is “Focus on Flowers”. This year will feature an expanded selection of more than 700 plant varieties including roses, hydrangea, caladium, tropical plants, shade plants, tulips, hyacinth, azaleas, edibles and so much more! (from chicagoflower.com) If the Flower and Garden Show is not enough for you, explore Navy Pier’s shops, Ferris wheel and restaurants. Lunch will be on your own and you can choose from a variety of restaurants within Navy Pier. You may bring a sack lunch if you do not plan to dine at a restaurant. A visitor map of Navy Pier will be provided for you. The trip will depart from Moretti’s 1175 W Lake St. Bartlett, IL. 60103.Registration required. Payment is due February 20.
