Veterans’ Trip - “National Museum of the American Sailor”

Veterans are invited to join Veterans Specialist Cyndi Wollack, for a FREE guided tour of The National Museum of the American Soldier, in Great Lakes. The National Museum of the American Sailor’s exhibits tell the stories of enlisted sailors from colonial America to those serving today. Exhibits starting with boot camp basics and look back at the triumphs and challenges of a naval force constantly in flux. We’ll get a peek into the everyday life of a sailor at the United States Navy’s newest museum. Veterans should bring money for lunch at Portillo's in Arlington Heights. There will be A LOT of WALKING. Registration required. RSVP to Cyndi Wollack by November 14.
