Please join us for discussion and conversation of The Wife, The Maid, and the Mistress by Ariel Lawhon. Stella Crater, the judge's wife, is the picture of propriety. Ritzi, his mistress, is a showgirl using him to get to Broadway. Maria, the maid, is thankful the judge got her husband his NYPD promotion. The judge is indebted to notorious thugs and politicians, leading to rumors of political corruption. One night, he disappears without a trace. Stella is eventually ready to reveal what she knows.
