This presentation will focus on Baroque through the 19th century. Participants will discover the visual clues that signal the style, period, or movement from which the work originates. The information is intended to make art lovers visually literate and to understand art at a glance, even if the work of art is unfamiliar, based on the use of visual elements, principles of design and subject matter.
