Veterans’ Trip -“The Celebration of All US Military at Cantigny”

Veterans are invited to The National Gathering of American Indian Veterans. This yearly event is held at Cantigny Park in Wheaton. The event honors veterans and military personnel of all cultures, eras, and branches in a Native way. Veterans will watch the opening ceremony with entertaining performances from cultural groups, powwow-style dancing with our veterans, and various guest speakers. You can also purchase art and other items from veteran artists and other traditional vendors. Please join us in honoring all those in the United States military. Lunch will be inside at Bertie’s Bistro. There will be a lot of walking. Please RSVP by July 19 to Cyndi Wollack 847-888-8329 seating is limited.
